A Last day

Our last day in Armenia was beyond perfect. We started our day with breakfast at our favorite coffee place called Hayk Roasters. On our walk to the café, we were finally able to see Mount Ararat, which was a breathtaking view. This time it was very special because Lilit would be going to our favorite place for the first time. It was a bittersweet moment because we were very happy to see her again, but we were sad it would be our last time seeing her. During breakfast, Lilit told us her funny travel stories to ease our nervousness about having to travel by ourselves. We had an amazing time with Lilit which made it harder to say goodbye. We took one last picture as a group and then said our goodbyes.

After our breakfast, the group went to Vernissage to do some last-minute souvenir shopping, which went very well. After shopping we met with Professor Ohanyan for lunch at the Green Bean Cascade. Amanda and I got the same salad which was an avocado chicken salad. It was delicious especially paired with the lemonade that I got, since it was very refreshing. After lunch, Amanda and I went to Rossia mall for me to get one last taste of the amazing food at the food court, and to also go to the Vernissage store. We also went to the grocery store that is next to the mall to buy some chocolate and wine to bring back home. In the evening we went to grand candy with Marie to try ponchik. We tried the vanilla and chocolate ones they were delicious. For dinner Amanda and I picked up food from our favorite café called crumbs, and then went back to the hotel to eat. Avery and I had a nice dinner outside where we talked about future traveling, which made it a perfect last dinner. When we finished eating, we realized it was time to finish packing and get ready for the airport to come back. Our last day in Armenia was a perfect day.
